Prayers of Intercession

 God already knows what is on our minds, and in our hearts. So why do we need to pray? Intercessions are an opportunity to express those thoughts aloud. 

The Book of Galatians, Chapter 6: verse 2, is very clear on this: "we should share each other's burdens" 

There are good reasons why modern psychologists and health professions encourage people to talk about their problems and worries.
